Return Policy - Daze Supply

Daze Supply accepts returns an all unused products within 30 days of receipt of shipment as long as they are in their original, unopened packaging. We absolutely can not accept returns on any used products. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@dazesupply.com. 

Once a return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. All refunds for returned items will be issued minus the cost of shipping the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item within 4 business days of receipt. Any items that arrive damaged or defective will be covered via a store credit. Any incorrect items will be returned to Daze Supply and, after receipt by us, will be replaced by the correct item.  

International Orders
Daze Supply does not review import and custom laws for non-US Countries. It is the responsibility of each customer to review the laws of their respective Countries. As such, Daze Supply is not responsible for any items that are seized by customs officials or local governments. Each customer is responsible for reviewing the import laws of its own Country prior to purchase. 

Refunds / Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund / credit was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days, or issued a site credit within 1 business day. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
